Brizy Cloud Shops is almost here, and it’s gonna make it easier than ever to build and manage an online store — no tech skills needed. Whether you're starting your first shop or looking for a smoother e-commerce solution, this new feature is designed to help you sell with ease.

We recently hosted a live webinar to show how it all works and to answer your most common questions. In this post, we’ll cover the top FAQs from the session so you can get started with confidence. Let’s jump in!

Introductory Questions

How does Brizy Cloud Shops differ from other eCommerce platforms?

- Brizy Cloud Shops provides a fully integrated, easy-to-use eCommerce solution within the Brizy ecosystem. Unlike other platforms, it allows you to visually design your store using Brizy’s drag-and-drop builder while leveraging Ecwid’s powerful eCommerce features for product management, payments, and checkout.

Do I need coding skills to create an online store with Brizy Cloud Shops?

- No, Brizy Cloud Shops is designed for users of all skill levels. You can build and customize your store with Brizy’s intuitive drag-and-drop editor—no coding required.

What industries or business types is Brizy Cloud Shops best suited for?

- Brizy Cloud Shops works well for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and agencies looking to sell physical or digital products, subscriptions, or services. It’s ideal for creatives, consultants, online retailers, and niche markets.

Is Brizy Cloud Shops a separate product from Brizy Cloud?

- Brizy Cloud Shops is an add-on available at an additional cost. It is not a standard feature of Brizy Cloud, as it operates through a third-party white-label integration with Ecwid. Each website that needs shop functionality requires a separate Shops add-on purchase. Stay tuned for the introductory pricing coming soon.

Pricing & Plans

Will this be included in Cloud Studio plans or LTD plans? / How does this affect Brizy Appsumo Users?

- Brizy Shops is an optional add-on and is not included in any plan or website by default. To activate the Shop add-on for a website, you must have an active Brizy PRO plan in your account.

For example, if you have a Brizy PRO Agency plan that includes 10 websites, and you want all 10 to have shop functionality, you’ll need to purchase 10 separate Shop add-ons — one for each website.

Will this be an add-on (at an additional cost) or will it become standard as part of the Brizy Cloud platform?

- Yes, this will be an add-on available at an additional cost. It will not be included as a standard feature in the Brizy Cloud platform because our Shops functionality is a third-party white-label integration with Ecwid.

This is the long-awaited and promised e-commerce integration for Brizy Cloud. While it is considered a separate product as an add-on, it is fully integrated into Brizy Cloud to ensure a seamless user experience. Each website that requires shop functionality will need its own Shop add-on purchase.

Will it just be a monthly subscription, or will you also be taking a percentage of the transaction fees on top of the processor (Stripe/PayPal) fees?

- With Brizy, you'll pay a monthly or yearly fee to access the shopping functionality we've integrated through our partner, Ecwid.

Transaction fees, however, are handled separately by the payment gateway you choose. We don’t control these fees. For example, if your shop processes payments through Stripe or PayPal, you’ll be responsible for any applicable transaction fees charged by those providers.

White Label & Partner Support

Will there be special pricing for Brizy White Label partners?

- Yes, White Label partners will have access to special pricing. To enable the Shops add-on, contact onboarding@brizy.io. A discounted introductory offer will be available at launch.

How does Brizy Shops work for White Label partners?

- White Label partners can sell Brizy Shops to their clients. If using Stripe, partners must create a new product in Stripe with three different plans and provide the product ID to us. Our onboarding team will assist with the setup process.

Will WL accounts be able to activate the Ecwid shop feature themselves when needed?

- Yes, our White Label partners can activate the Brizy Shops functionality (powered by Ecwid) for each website as needed.

How will Brizy Shops work for White Label partners selling shops to end users through Stripe etc.?

- The Shops functionality will be available to White Label partners. If you're using our Stripe integration, you'll need to create a new product in your Stripe account with three different plans and provide us with the product ID. Our onboarding team will guide you through the setup process. This will function similarly to how Brizy PRO integrates with Stripe in your White Label plan.

Payments & Transactions

Can the users use in-person or offline payments, or must they only use online payments?

The Brizy Shops integration is based on a white label Ecwid integration. The payment systems that Ecwid offers we will offer as well. Here you’ll find all the online payment options available and the manual payment options available.

Can you use the Ecwid mobile app (create an Ecwid account) to manage their store on the go or from their mobile devices?

- No, this option is not available.

Can I set Brazilian payment processors? / Will you have a South African payment gateway on launch? / Will Apple Pay be enabled? / Will it support Stripe India accounts?

- All payment gateways offered by Ecwid will be available. Here is more on Brazilian payments, South African payments, Indian payments and Apple Pay & Google Pay.

What are the supported payment gateways? / API for payment carriers other than Stripe?

Brizy Shops is powered by a white label integration of Ecwid. All the payment options Ecwid offers, we will offer as well. Here are the Online payment gateways available.

Products & Selling Options

Are there any transaction fees when selling with Brizy Cloud Shops?

- Brizy charges a monthly or yearly subscription fee for the Shops add-on. We do not take a percentage of your sales. There are no transaction fees charged by Ecwid but there may be transaction fees determined by your chosen payment gateway (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).

What payment gateways are supported?

- Brizy Shops is powered by Ecwid, so all payment options supported by Ecwid will be available, including Stripe, PayPal, and other international gateways.

Does this include digital products like audio, video, and course files?

- Yes, you can sell digital products like audio, video, and course files.

Will Brizy offer courses on setting up Shops?

- Yes we will add Shops Courses in our Brizy Academy, keep an eye on that for learning courses on how to build stores with Brizy Shops.

Are you going to be offering Print on Demand (POD) or dropship partnership stores with this new feature?

- Yes, Print on Demand (POD) is supported through our Ecwid integration. Learn more about POD here.

Will this be a valid replacement for Shopify and WooCommerce?

- Yes, this will be a perfect replacement for Shopify and/or WooCommerce.

Does this link to Shopify, or is it standalone?

- This is not a Shopify store, this is a white label integration of Ecwid in Brizy Cloud.

Will there be cross-sells, upsells, discount codes, and abandoned cart functionality?

- Yes, all of these eCommerce features are available with Brizy Cloud Shops. See features and pricing per plan here.

Can I sell subscriptions?

- Yes, subscription-based products are supported starting with the Brizy Shops Business plan. See features and pricing per plan here.

Store Features & Customization

How deep is the integration between Ecwid and Brizy?

- The integration between Brizy and Ecwid runs pretty deep, we’ve created elements/widgets that display the product details, product listing, you can control and design the templates for different pages, product, category, cart, checkout, etc.

Does the shop add-on handle taxes automatically?

- Yes, you can configure taxes in the shop configurations.

Will your shops include cart abandonment and bump offers?

- Yes, they will in certain plans.

Does it include features like Shopify to sell physical products? Does it have options to increase sales like bump offers, cross-sells, OTOs, etc.?

- Yes, Brizy Cloud Shops are a white label integration of Ecwid.

Will this allow us to create sales funnels like ClickFunnels and Thrive Themes?

- No. This is shopping functionality for your Brizy Cloud websites, not funnels.

Can we customize cart and checkout pages?

- Yes you can customize the cart and checkout pages.

Can we have custom checkout forms for lead generation?

- Yes, you can.

Will there be a Search functionality in the products and shop?

- Yes, there will be search functionality.

Platform Availability & Access

Is it a standalone product or a WordPress plugin?

- This is a stand alone ecommerce functionality in the form of an addon that can be activated on any Brizy Cloud website to create a shop. For WordPress, we have the WooCommerce builder.

Is it only available on your Cloud platform?

- Yes, this is available only on our Brizy Cloud platform.

Will it be hosted locally?

- No, this will not be hosted locally, this will be hosted on Brizy Cloud infrastructure.

And will it work multilingual as well?

- Yes, this will work in multilingual as well.

Integrations & Automation

Does Brizy Cloud Shops support email marketing integrations?

- Yes, Brizy Cloud Shops integrates with various email marketing tools, enabling you to automate campaigns, send promotional emails, and recover abandoned carts.

What integrations will there be on the backend? Will automation tools like Pabbly (or webhooks) keep everything in sync?

- Yes, you can integrate webhooks on your own.

Could the virtual store be used with another framework, such as MedusaJS or Shopify for developers?

- No, you can’t use the store with another framework.

Printful/Clover/Printify/Zazzle integration

- Yes, Printify, Clover and Square integrations are available for POS.
