We have some exciting news to share with you: in a bid to improve user experience, Brizy has revamped its onboarding process, reducing the wait time from 2-3 days to just 30 minutes.
This significant change marks a big step forward in our quest for better efficiency and happier customers.
Over the past few weeks, our team has been working hard at automating different parts of the onboarding process. We wanted to make sure that visitors to our website can quickly find the information they need and that we can attract more leads.
Plus, we wanted to speed up the process for potential clients who want to start working with us. And most importantly, we wanted to make sure that new clients have a smooth onboarding experience.
Our efforts have paid off. Since launching the new onboarding system, the response has been amazing. We’ve managed to streamline the initial part of the onboarding process and our partners can submit the information required for their white-label platform easier.
We are seeing improvements in the communication processes already and this lets our partners start reselling Brizy faster and us on-boarding more partners in less time.
Looking ahead, we're committed to making every step of the user journey as smooth and fast as possible. Our goal is to give each client outstanding service and a hassle-free onboarding experience.
As we keep pushing forward, we're excited to see how Brizy and our clients will continue to grow together.
